**Anti-Narcotics Court Dismisses Case Against Mustafa Amir**

**KARACHI:** A drug case against Mustafa Amir, who was tragically murdered in Karachi’s Defence area, has been dismissed by the Anti-Narcotics Court.

Mustafa Amir had been named in the narcotics case as Amir alias Taimoor, son of Amir Shujaa.

The SHO of Anti-Narcotics Force Korangi informed the court that the accused, Amir alias Taimoor, had passed away. The SHO presented Mustafa Amir’s death certificate and other supporting documents to the court.

Following the police officer’s statement, the court dismissed the case against Amir alias Taimoor, son of Amir Shujaa.

The Anti-Narcotics Court also issued non-bailable arrest warrants for two other accused in the case, Ammar Hameed and Faisal Yaqoob, who have been declared proclaimed offenders.

The court had previously issued an arrest warrant for Mustafa Amir on February 22nd, in connection with the drug case registered in 2024.

Mustafa Amir was kidnapped and murdered by his acquaintances in the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) area of Karachi on January 6th.

Police reports indicate that his friends placed his body in the trunk of a car and set it on fire in the Hub area of Balochistan.
