Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has ordered a third-party audit of the Ramadan Relief Package, ensuring accountability and transparency in the distribution of aid.
In a review meeting held in Islamabad on Monday, the Prime Minister commended the collaborative work of the State Bank of Pakistan, NADRA, and technology companies in maintaining the transparency of the package.
The Ramadan Relief Package has been implemented nationwide, including Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir, with a focus on equitable distribution without discrimination.
Deserving individuals are receiving their payments through a streamlined and transparent digital wallet system. PM Shehbaz Sharif has further directed that this digital model be replicated for other government programs, promoting efficiency and clarity.
