**Prosecution Demands Full Criminal Record of Accused in Mustafa Amir Murder Case**

The prosecution in the Mustafa Amir kidnapping and murder case has demanded a comprehensive report on all criminal cases against the primary suspect, Armaghan.

Prosecutor General Sindh has requested the district prosecutor to compile details on the number of cases, their nature, and their current status. Armaghan is reportedly facing numerous charges across various police stations in the South district, including drug trafficking, threatening a lawyer, and other offenses.

In a significant development, an Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Karachi has incorporated Armaghan’s confessional statement into the prosecution’s file. In this statement, Armaghan admitted to the murder of Mustafa Amir.

Armaghan detailed his lifestyle, claiming to have lived alone in a rented Defence bungalow for two years, running a call center with 30 to 40 employees. He also revealed a 2019 arrest by customs authorities for attempting to smuggle cannabis from Canada.

The suspect acknowledged facing multiple cases at police stations including Gizri, Clifton, Darakhshan, and Boat Basin. He stated his monthly income was in the millions but claimed to have closed his business due to interference from friends. He also stated that he rekindled his friendship with one Shiraz, around a year ago and a half.

The investigation into the Mustafa Amir murder case continues to expand. The police have involved the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to examine the suspect’s financial dealings and the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) to investigate his alleged involvement in the illegal drug trade.

Mustafa Amir was abducted and killed by his friends in Karachi’s Defence Housing Authority (DHA) on January 6th. His body was reportedly placed in the trunk of a car, which was then set on fire in the Hub area of Balochistan.

The Mustafa Amir case is receiving widespread attention as these new details have emerged, casting light on primary suspect.
